This month marks a special moment in COINN’s journey — 20 years of advocacy, leadership, and collaboration in neonatal nursing. Since our founding, COINN has grown into a global voice for nurses dedicated to the care of small and sick newborns and their families.

🌍 COINN Lusaka 2025


On August 14–15, 2025, we invite you to Lusaka, Zambia, for the African Neonatal Nursing Regional Conference, hosted at the Mulungushi International Conference Centre. This event, held in partnership with the Neonatal Nurses Association of Zambia (NNAZ) and Newborn Support Zambia, will bring together experts and professionals to exchange knowledge and celebrate two decades of impact.



🇦🇺 Coming in 2026: COINN International Conference in Darwin


Looking further ahead, we’re thrilled to announce that our next international gathering will take place in Darwin, Australia in 2026. Stay connected for more updates on this exciting event.

Following our AGM in December 2024, we’re pleased to welcome Dr. Julia Petty as COINN’s new Vice President and Novardian Ajum Ratul Aini, MN.Ped, Nsg. Specialist from Indonesia, as a non-executive board member.
